Threw this together and wow!, the flavor was awesome and a very filling meal. I think this would be great (made in bulk from our garden) for pressure canning too. Chop everything up first and it makes a super fast meal.

Recipe Ingredients for TexMex salsa chili

1 tsp olive oil
1 medium Onions
3 peppers, jalapeno
1 pepper, aneheim
1 small bell pepper, yellow
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin, cooked and cubed into small pieces ( I used leftover pork chop)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 Tsbp sweet baby ray's honey barbeque sauce
2 oz Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips (about 14)
