Recipe Ingredients for Texas-Style Chili Recipe

5 1tsp Olive Oil
453 grams Beef, Round, Top Round
5 cup, chopped Carrots
4.5 oz Old El Paso Chiles Green Chopped
14.5 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
28 oz Tomatoes
15 oz Red Kidney Beans, Premium
15 oz Black Beans, Premium
15 oz Pinto Beans, Premium
11 oz Mexican Style Corn

Recipe Directions for Texas-Style Chili Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and saute 4 minutes or until browned. Add onion and saute 5 minutes. Stir in carrots and cumin; cook 1 minute.

  2. Add chiles, broth and tomatoes. Heat just to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally, or until beef is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook to heat through.
