Recipe Ingredients for Texas Omelet

3 large eggs
1 t canola oil
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Texas Omelet

  1. Sautee the onions and mushrooms in the oil in a non-stick frying pan.

  2. Scramble the eggs and add them to the pan. When almost set, add the shredded swiss cheese. Cook until slightly browned and the cheese is melted.
