Roy's Texas Hash I use Bush's Chili Beans

Recipe Ingredients for Texas Hash

1 medium onion chopped
1 cup Green Peppers
1 pound ground beef
29 oz stewed tomatos
1/2 cup White Rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
16 oz red beans

Recipe Directions for Texas Hash

Heat oven to 350 deg. Sauté onion and green pepper in butter until soft, add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Put into greased baking dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes, add beans & stir in, cover and bake additional 15 minutes.
