2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
15 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1 serving Green Bell Peppers
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Texas Caviar Wisconsin-style

Add sugar to vinegar and boil down to about 1 cup. Drain the chickpeas and corn. Dice all the other vegetables and toss together with the chilled vinegar. Serve with corn chilps
