Recipe Ingredients for Texas Caviar

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 jalepeno pepper
1/2 red onion
15 oz pinto beans
15 oz black eyed peas
30 oz corn
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Texas Caviar

  1. chop veggies

  2. drain & rinse canned goods

  3. combine ingredients

  4. mix oil, vinegar, sugar, splenda, salt

  5. pour over veggies

  6. refridgerate overnight for flavors to melt
