Mixed vegetable salad great on chips, as salad ingredient, or by itself.

Recipe Ingredients for Texas Caviar

1 1/2 cups Bush's Black Beans
1 cup Mexicorn
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cup avocado, diced
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 T lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp garlic, diced

Recipe Directions for Texas Caviar

  1. rinse black beans

  2. rinse mexicorn

  3. chop onions, tomatoes, avacado, and cilantro

  4. toss ingredients gently

  5. mix vinegar, lime juice, garlic and toss with blended veggies

  6. chill and serve with chips or as salad ingredient
