149.21 oz Blackeye Peas
137.25 oz Red Beans
135.46 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
90.48 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
4 oz Pimento, Canned
15 oz White Corn
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
15 oz Beans, Snap, Green
15 oz Wax Beans
3/4 c. cider vinegar
6 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Texas Caviar with green and yellow beans

Drain and rinse all canned goods. Dice celery, onion, green pepper, raw jalapeno peppers (remove seeds and membranes to reduce heat). Boil together vinegar, olive oil, splenda, salt and pepper. Let cool then mix with all other ingredients.
