Under 100 Calorie Chili Meal w/ NoOodle

Recipe Ingredients for The Texan

1/4 cup of Hormel Chili w/ Beans
2 teaspoon of Kraft's shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces of Shirataki (yam noodle)

Recipe Directions for The Texan

  1. In non-stick skillet, heat the entire portion of the NoOodle on meadium heat until excess mosture is absorbed.

  2. Add Chili to NoOodles.

  3. Mix for 4 minutes on medium heat.

  4. Pour into bowl.

  5. Add cheddar cheese.

  6. Optional: Add dollop of sour cream( additional 15 calories)

  7. Serve and Enjoy!
