Recipe Ingredients for Tex Mex Squash

2 squash, zuchinni, large
1 onion, medium
1 red bell pepper, large
2 cloves garlic, chopped
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes, diced, no salt added
6 ounces tomato paste, no salt added
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups macaroni, whole wheat, cooked

Recipe Directions for Tex Mex Squash

  1. Chop squash, onion, bell pepper and saute in olive oil.

  2. Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato paste.

  3. Add Ms Dash Feista Lime and sugar.

  4. Add macaroni and mix.

  5. Cover and cook until veggies are tender.
