Recipe Ingredients for Tex-Mex Salad

3 cups Organic Baby Spinach Clamshell
1/2 cup Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 cup Black Beans
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion
0.25 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1/2 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
1 tbsp Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Tex-Mex Salad

  1. Place Spinach on Plate.

  2. combine all but Sour Cream and Salsa on top of Spinach.

  3. Top with Salsa Then Sour Cream

  4. Enjoy
