Recipe Ingredients for Tex-Mex Quinoa Salad

1.25 cup Quinoa
1.5 fl oz Lime Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
15 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup Coriander Leaves
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cumin
0.33 cup Dried Cranberries
8.36 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Tex-Mex Quinoa Salad

cook quinoa according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add cooked quinoa to mixture, gently toss to combine and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to marry. It gets better with time. I also added about a tablespoon of orange zest but couldn't find it in the cc database.
