18 oz picante sauce
28 oz black beans
14 oz baby corn
3 tblsp canola oil
1/3 cup chili powder
1 tblsp oregano
1 tblsp basil
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tblsp cumin

  1. Slice pork thin, beat

  2. dredge with powder mixture

  3. sear

  4. add all other ingredients

  5. simmer and serve
