I didn't have corn w/ green pepper, pinto beans or diced tomatoes. So I used salsa, regular whole corn and no beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Tex-Mex Pork Chops

1.07 lbs pork chops
1/2 tsp. chili powder
11 oz of whole corn
1 cup salsa
28 grams of kraft natural shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Tex-Mex Pork Chops

  1. Make It

  2. PREHEAT grill to medium-high. Center 1 chop on each sheet of foil; sprinkle evenly with chili powder and garlic salt. Top evenly with beans, corn and tomatoes.

  3. BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.

  4. PLACE packets on grate of grill; cover grill with lid. Grill 10 min. or until chops are cooked through (160F).

  5. or

  6. Use Your OvenPreheat oven to 450F. Prepare foil packets as directed; place on baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until chops are cooked through (160F).

  7. Serving Suggestion Serve with a side of rice.
