Healthy version of a family favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Tex Mex Pasta

1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Poultry Food Products, Ground Turkey, Cooked
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 serving Salsa
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
1 serving, raw Cilantro
2 clove Garlic
12 oz Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Tex Mex Pasta

brown meat with onion and spices, add corn, r pepper and salsa and let simmer for 15 min until everything has cooked together, add water if needed. cook pasta as directed, rinse and add to mixture, top with cheddar, sour cream and avocado
