Tex Mex version of macaroni and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Tex Mex Macaroni

1 lb. beef, ground, 85% lean, crumbles
2 cups water
2 cups macaroni
1 cup milk, skim
2 cups cheese, finely shredded Tex Mex mix
3/4 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Tex Mex Macaroni

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet.

  2. Add water, milk and macaroni and simmer until macaroni is cooked al dente.

  3. Add cheese and stir thoroughly to mix.

  4. Add salsa and stir to mix.
