Recipe Ingredients for Tex Mex Lima Beans with Red bell Peppers and onions

15 1/4 ounces Lima Beans (drained)
1 medium red bell pepper (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 dash of Salt

Recipe Directions for Tex Mex Lima Beans with Red bell Peppers and onions

  1. Drain the lima beans can completely. Chop the red bell pepper and onion. Heat the teaspoon of olive oil at medium heat in a skillet. Add Red peppers first, then onions and the dash of salt. Sautee until golden.

  2. Add lima beans and continue cooking for 2 minutes or until lima beans are heated through.

  3. Recipe is ready to be enjoyed. Perfect with grilled chicken.
