Recipe Ingredients for Tex-Mex Corn on the Cob

5 ears sweet corn
1/4 cup margarine
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Tex-Mex Corn on the Cob

  1. Soften margarine

  2. Mix chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper with margarine

  3. Rub mixture all over ears of corn

  4. Wrap corn in aluminum foil-either roast or grill for 20 mins.
