Tex Mex Chicken with rice grat for parties or dinner

Recipe Ingredients for Tex Mex Chicken

8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 oz taco seasoning, low sodium
14 oz black beans, canned
14 oz diced tomatoes, canned
1 onion, chopped
6 oz banana peppers
4 oz jalapeno
2 tsp dried cilantro
2 tsp garlic salt
8 oz mexican rice

Recipe Directions for Tex Mex Chicken

  1. Cook chicken in a slow cooker 3 hours.

  2. Shred the chicken return to slow cooker.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Let finish cooking till entire dish is warm to desired temp.
