1 1/4 pounds ground turkey breast
1 cup salsa
1 jalapeno pepper
6 tbsp fat free sour cream
6 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
2 avocados

Recipe Directions for Tex Mex Burger

  1. mix all ingredients except avocado, sour cream and cheese in bowl and form 6 patties.

  2. spray skillet with non-stick cooking oil.

  3. cook patties until fully cooked.

  4. place on top of a tostada and top with avocado, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
