Recipe Ingredients for Tetrazzini Veggies

2 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
5 brussel sprouts
4 oz. mushrooms
3/4 cup zucchini
1 oz. white wine
10 grams olive oil
10 grams flour
4 oz. nonfat milk
20 grams parmesan

Recipe Directions for Tetrazzini Veggies

  1. Break the spaghetti in two and cook in boiling water

  2. Meanwhile clean the veggies and slice

  3. Dry saute in a cast iron skillet

  4. Add a dash of wine at the end to deglaze the pan.

  5. Make white sauce in a small saucepan with oil, flour and milk.

  6. Add grated parmesan to sauce.

  7. Toss drained pasta with veggies and sauce.
