Uses Chinese style stir fry packet and ingredients all from the Tulse hill PFS

Recipe Ingredients for Tesco PFS Stir Fry

360 g carrots
500 g potatoes
125 g mushrooms
360 g
80 g yellow pepper
130 g red pepper
106 g green beans
20 g
300 g
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
4 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tesco PFS Stir Fry

  1. Boil carrots and potatoes.

  2. then put the yellow, red and orange peppers in the wok & add the soy sauce. Cover and cook on slow heat.

  3. Whilst that is doing slice mushrooms and put into pan. Cover. Steam on low heat.

  4. Add the mushrooms & stir fry to the mixture. Add oil & sufficient water to steam the ingredients through on high heat. Cover for better results.

  5. Add quorn mince & garlic salt, parsley, black pepper & chilli.

  6. Serve
