Recipe Ingredients for Terry's Italian Pasta Pan

20 oz lean ground turkey
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 large red onion
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup carrots (chopped)
2 cups zucchini (sliced)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp basil (fresh chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups rice noodles (dry)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Recipe Directions for Terry's Italian Pasta Pan

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil and saute the onion, celery, carrots and turkey meat until the meat is brown and the onion is tender.

  2. Add garlic, basil and tomato sauce. Simmer over low heat until flavors have blended, approximately 15 minutes.

  3. Add cooked noodles and stir to coat and heat through.

  4. Serve topped with a Tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese per serving.
