Recipe Ingredients for Terry's Bean and Bacon Soup

4 cups small white beans, cooked []
4 serving Hormel Uncured bacon
3 medium(61 g) Carrots
2 cup, diced Celery
1 large Onions
15 oz Tomato Products, sauce
15 oz Tomatoes Diced
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
2 tsp Garlic
1/4 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Terry's Bean and Bacon Soup

  1. Soak beans according to package.

  2. Cover soaked beans with water.

  3. Add remaining ingredients chopping celery, onion, carrots, and raw bacon, small.

  4. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer over medium low heat for 1-2 hours until beans are tender and vegetables are falling apart and thickening the soup.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
