Recipe Ingredients for Terri's Chicken Tacos

1/2 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 tortillas
2 cups lettuce
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 taco seasoning
1 Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Terri's Chicken Tacos

  1. Heat a large skillet and add oil and brown ground chicken. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. In another skillet, spray with non-stick spray and heat. Place tortilla in and soften by turning. Add chicken mixture, fold and hold. Turn a needed. Remove to paper towel.

  3. Garnish with cheese, tomatoes, and cheese.

  4. Two per serving
