Recipe Ingredients for Terrie's Energy Bar

1 cup wheat
1/2 cup millet
1/2 cup buckwheat groats
1/4 cup quinoa
1 1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup cranberries
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
4 tablespoons Flax seed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup coconut

Recipe Directions for Terrie's Energy Bar

  1. grind all grains except oats and quinoa

  2. add everything together

  3. mix

  4. spread on cookie sheet

  5. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

  6. store open for crispness
