Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki veggies

12 ounces broccoli florets
12 ounces carrots, shredded
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon cold water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki veggies

  1. steam veggies

  2. mix remaining ingredients on stovetop in small pan. Simmer until mixture thickens and bubbles

  3. pour sauce all over veggies
