Delicious low calorie stir-fry filled with vegetables. I would recommend adding tofu, shrimp, chicken or whatever best suites your taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Vegetable Stirfry

1 stalk celery
3 medium mushroom
1/2 cup spinach
3/4 cup bok choy
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup red pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup teriyaki noodles
2 tsp light margarine

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Vegetable Stirfry

  1. If you are adding shrimp/tofu/etc. make sure these are ready to be cooked. You can make them while waiting for the vegetables and noodles. You'll need about 3 pots/pans.

  2. Chop all vegetables add in soy sauce and keep covered on medium heat.

  3. While vegetables are cooking, prepare sidekick.

  4. While everything else is cooking prepare shrimp/tofu if necessary. 2 tsp of margarine are included in the recipe.

  5. Cooking times depend on personal taste.
