125 grams Teriyaki
50 grams Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
50 grams Rice Noodles, Cooked
4 medium Organic White Mushrooms Packaged
0.5 medium raw Leeks

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Tofu Stir Fry

Finely chop leeks and fry them on med heat in 1 teaspoon of olive oil. slice other veggies and add in as well. use a few teaspoons of veggies broth to flavor. add the tofu cubes and fry for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Boil water and add rice noodles, cooking for a total of 5 minutes, or to desired consistency.
