Tofu with pineapple, green pepper and grape tomatoes, garnished with fresh Cilantro

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Tofu

16 oz Tofu, Firm
2 cup, diced Pineapple
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
2 serving Annie Chun's Teriyaki Sauce

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Tofu

Layer all ingredients except cilantro in a baking dish. Dribble teriyaki sauce over the top. cover and rotate to spread sauce. refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake @ 375 for 30 minutes. Serve with Jasmine rice garnish with heaps of cilantro.
