Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Tempeh!

8 oz tempeh
7 Kombu
1 lb Broccoli
1 bell pepper
3 cups mung bean sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp raw sugar

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Tempeh!

  1. Place kombu in a couple inch deep pan with an inch or so of water.

  2. Bring to a boil and add cut tempeh (i cut it into triangles). Add squirt of sriracha and a splash of tamari.

  3. Boil for ten minutes then separate the kombu and the tempeh.

  4. Heat up your pan with he oil, and after boiling the tempeh, add it to the pan.

  5. Fry the tempeh till brown, adding some of the teriyaki sauce.

  6. Add the veggies (except for bean sprouts), including the slivered kombu.

  7. When your veggies are to your liking, add the beansprouts and cooked till slightly wilted, adding more teriyaki sauce to taste.
