Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Steak with Asparagus and Yams

1 1/2 lbs Steak
56 3/5 grams (1/4 cup) Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 lbs Asparagus
3 cups yams, raw (6 medium yams)
2 tablespoons Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Steak with Asparagus and Yams

  1. Rinse steaks with water to remove blood

  2. Marinate steaks in teriyaki sauce

  3. Microwave Asparagus

  4. Wash Yams

  5. Poke holes in Yams with fork on four sides

  6. Coat yams with olive oil and then bake in Microwave for 10 minutes

  7. Split yams in two and sprinkle with cinnamon

  8. Grill or broil steaks

  9. Serve steaks with yams and asparagus
