Recipe Ingredients for teriyaki shrimp over rice

2 lbs shrimp
1 cup red pepper
1 cup green pepper
1 cup red onion
1 1/2 cups pineapple
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for teriyaki shrimp over rice

heat nonstick skillet until very hot.add oil.add garlic,onions,peppers.when soft add pineapple,pineapple juice,teriyaki sauce.add shrimp stir fry until pink and sauce is thick. serve over rice
