Teriyaki pasta salad with spinach and chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Sesame Pasta Salad

16 oz. bowtie pasta
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
2/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
33 oz. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
9 oz. fresh baby spinach
6 oz. dried cranberries
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Sesame Pasta Salad

  1. cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place ina very large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, sugar and pepper. Pour over pasts and toss to coat. cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  3. Just before serving, add the remaining ingredients; gently toss to coat.

  4. yield 22 (1 cup) servings
