Delicious on chicken, salmon and shrimp

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Sauce

1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c sugar
1 T dry white wine
1 T grated ginger
1 garlic clove
1/4 t cornstarch
1/8 t red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Sauce

  1. combine ingredients

  2. marinate meat in sauce prior to cooking

  3. after cooking meat, remove from pan

  4. whisk sauce ingredients to recombine and put in pan over medium heat Simmer until sauce is thick and glossy - about 2 minutes. Pour over meat.
