Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Pork Roast

3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
3 lb boneless pork loin roast, halved
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp cold water

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Pork Roast

  1. 1. Combine apple juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in greased slow cooker.

  2. 2. Add roast. Turn to coat.

  3. 3. Cover. Cook on Low 7-8 hours. Remove roast and keep warm.

  4. 4. In saucepan, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from roast. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened. Serve with roast.
