Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Penne

8 oz penne
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon peanut oil
3 cups broccoli
2 cups teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup green onion

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Penne

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Return to saucepan.

  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook garlic and ginger in hot oil for 15 seconds. Stir in broccoli and teriyaki sauce. Cook until tender, about 5 min.

  3. To serve, toss broccoli mixture with hot pasta. Sprinkle with green onions.
