Recipe Ingredients for teriyaki Japanese Udon Noodles with veggies and calamari

10 oz Asian Classics Udon Noodles
2 cup, cubes Eggplant
1 cup sliced Mushroom, Oyster
8 oz Octopus
5 pcs Jalapeno Peppers
5 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Canola Oil
2 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
2 serving Calamari
0.25 cup Tomato

Recipe Directions for teriyaki Japanese Udon Noodles with veggies and calamari

  1. boil the noodles for 4 min

  2. saute the peppers, scallions and garlic in oil

  3. add the squid and octopus and some salt and lemon pepper

  4. add the tomato sauce and teriyaki sauce

  5. add veggies

  6. add the udon noodles
