Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies and Rice (Makes 3 Servings)

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken with Vegetables and Rice

1 cup brown rice, minute rice
1 cup frozen vegetables
3 cups baby spinach
0.33 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken with Vegetables and Rice

  1. Heat olive oil, ginger and dehydrated chopped onion in a saucepan. Add chicken and cook until inside of chicken is no longer pink.

  2. Add frozen vegetable and cook for about 4 minutes. Add spinach.

  3. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Stir on occasion.

  4. Add teriyaki sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
