2 tbl sugar
1 tbl mirin
3 tbl soy sauce, low sodium

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken (Thighs)

  1. Mix the sugar, mirin, and soy sauce in the CookZen.

  2. Add the chicken and make sure it's well coated by the sauce.

  3. Put on the lid (steam vent open).

  4. Microwave for 7 minutes.
