Teriyaki Chicken and stir fry vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 cup, chopped(124 g) Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3/4 cup Yellow Squash
4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 thigh, bone removed Chicken, Thigh
4 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

  1. debone, skin, and chop 3 thighs of chicken.

  2. Set in marinade for a few hours and drain off marinade.

  3. prep vegetables for stir fry.

  4. sautee mushrooms separately.

  5. Quick fry vegetables in a portion of the olive oil and set to the side.

  6. using the same pan, cook chicken on high heat.

  7. toss in mushrooms.

  8. serve with veggies on the side
