Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl

1/2 cup slices Carrots
1/2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup Onions
1 oz Aubergine
1/2 medium (3-3/4" long) Pickles, Cucumber, Dill
2 cup,+chopped+or+diced Chicken
1 tbsp Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Rice, White, Short-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl

  1. Boil chicken until white on the outside but still pink in the middle. Remove for later.

  2. Chop all vegetables, including the garlic, and cook in a pan over low heat.

  3. Add the teriyaki sauce, 2 cups of water, black pepper and chicken to the pan.

  4. Let simmer until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

  5. Serve over hot white rice or any rice of your choice.
