From Once A Month Cooking. I usually double for my family.

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. ginger, ground
1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Mix everything but chicken to make a marinade.

  2. Pour over chicken in a greased 13x9 baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

  4. Serve over brown rice for a yummy asian dish.
