500 g chicken breast
2 cups teriyaki sauce
12 medium mushrooms
1 large onion

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken

  1. cut chicken into cubes

  2. chop onion and slice mushrooms

  3. put all in a bowl with teriyaki sauce

  4. marinate for a day (atleast 8 hours or so)

  5. drain, and slow-cook for 50-60minutes
