teriyaki chicken and veggies with rice

Recipe Ingredients for teriyaki chicken

1 chicken breast
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup brown rice
1/2 lb broccoli
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper

Recipe Directions for teriyaki chicken

  1. Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce and brown sugar

  2. Cook rice according to directions on package. (I use Uncle Ben's brown rice)

  3. Steam broccoli and sliced peppers

  4. spray wok with Pam or equivilant.

  5. heat to med high.

  6. add sliced chicken breast

  7. cook until no longer pink.

  8. add sauce back in. Cook until sauce bubbles.

  9. Add steamed veggies, cook until sauce is no longer runny.

  10. top rice with teriyaki chicken mixture.
