4 chicken breast, bone and skin removed
1 zucchini
2 carrots
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 1/2 tsp ginger

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken Non spicy variation

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, cook until done.

  2. In the same pan, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, water, brown sugar, sugar, garlic and ginger until bubbling.

  3. add chicken, cut up zucchini, carrots and bell pepper and cool until vegetables are cooked.

  4. Serve with brown rice.
