Chicken breasts stir fried with broccoli & celery with Asian Teriyaki & Soy Sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli

2 pounds chicken breast (cut in cubes)
4 cups broccoli (raw, cut into florets)
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (low sodium)
2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
4 celery stalks (finely chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)

Recipe Directions for Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli

In high heat, stir fry chicken and olive oil until 90% cooked, add in the sauces plus chopped celery. Once meat is fully cooked, add in the broccoli and cover, lower heat to medium hot and steam broccoli until firmness of your liking is achieved.
