4 Yukon Gold potatoes
1 tbsp peanut oil
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Teri's Spiced Steak Fries

  1. Peel and slice potatoes.

  2. Add oil to hot frying pan, then fry potatoes until browned and crisp.

  3. Transfer to plate then pat with paper towels to remove most of the oil.

  4. Mix dry seasonings, then tossed potatoes in seasoning until well coated.
