Yummy and healthy, takes less then 1/2 hour to prep and cook. Add other vegetables if you like!

Recipe Ingredients for Teriaki Pork Noodle

4 oz. Thin Rice Noodles
1 cup Mr. Yoshida's Marinade & Cooking Sauce
1 cup chopped brocoli
1/2 large sweet onion
2 T. minced garlic
4 T. Omega-3 with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Light Buttery Spread
3 cup Spinach
8 oz. pork tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Teriaki Pork Noodle

  1. In a walk heat butter to melted.

  2. Saute onions, garlic and pork until tender and well cooked.

  3. Prepare noodles to package directions (Thai Kitchen serves 4 in 1 box of Thin Rice Noodles, use 1/2).

  4. Add brocoli to walk and saute till cooked but crisp.

  5. Add Fresh Spinach and prepared rice noodles to walk. Mix well with existing ingredents.

  6. Add Mr. Yoshida's Marinade & Cooking Sauce. Mix well.

  7. Cook, uncovered, till desired consitancy.
