Recipe Ingredients for Teresa's vegetarian loaf

342 grams BOCA Ground Burger
2 T pecan meal
2 eggs
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 oz green chilies, diced
1/2 large onion
3 tsp garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Teresa's vegetarian loaf

  1. saute' the onions and garlic in a skillet until ready then add all ingredients together in a bowl along with 1 T of Sara Lee brown sugar & pecan mustard. You may also add salt, pepper and/or other seasoning to your taste.

  2. Form into a loaf spray a pan with olive oil and place loaf in pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees cook until browned, take out and top with 1 or 2 T of Sara Lee cranberry honey mustard and bake a few minutes more until the topping starts to caramelize. Cool to taste and eat! Yummy!
